The Unblinking Eye: Real-Time Planned vs. Actual Analysis.
Construction sites are dynamic, chaotic environments where "planned" and "actual" often diverge within days of breaking ground. Our solution brings objective truth to the site via Real-Time Planned vs. Actual Analysis and 4D Tracking (3D Space + Time).
Weekly autonomous drone flights capture high-resolution imagery, which is processed into orthomosaics and 3D point clouds. These "as-built" models are geometrically overlaid onto the "as-designed" BIM models. The system automatically detects deviations—if a column is 5cm out of alignment or a grading level is too low, it is flagged instantly.
On the ground, the feed from site CCTVs and mobile inputs is analyzed continuously. Computer vision algorithms track the movement of materials and completion of specific tasks (e.g., rebar tying, shuttering).
The system automates the schedule comparison. It doesn't just say "we are late"; it specifies, "Foundation casting is 3 days behind in Zone A due to low crane utilization."
It acts as a guardian of capital, automatically counting manpower and machinery utilization. By correlating active working hours with progress, it identifies productivity leaks, idle time, and potential theft, ensuring every dollar spent translates to physical progress.
